Baptism Information

At CCC we want to celebrate your faith in Christ together through baptism. What a beautiful picture of your death to self and your new life in Christ! Click here read more about what baptism is.

Romans 6:4

“We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life.”

Here are the things we ask of all baptismal candidates:
-If you are under 16 years old, have you finished the Kid’s Catechism class?
-Do you have a credible profession of faith that is verified by others in the body of Christ at CCC. What constitutes a credible profession of faith:
1. Can you explain the Gospel (the good news of Christ) in your own words?
2. Is a growing affection for Christ evident in your life?
3. Are you growing in your obedience to Christ?
4. Are the fruits of the indwelling Spirit of God evident in your life? (Gal. 5:22-23)

If you answer “yes” to all of these then we gladly invite you to come to the next baptism class!
